Materials

The solution starts with knowing the material.

We analyse the composition, receiving condition and intended destination of materials to define how to process them or add measurement to their management.

From the material to a concrete application.

The assessment determines which materials the equipment can receive, how they must be prepared and what conditions the process requires. It also identifies how to handle the resulting material and its next stage of management.

The A2D4 line is configured by material family: multilayer packaging, packaging materials and other streams such as PET are each assessed with their own equipment configuration. Recovery programmes can add instrumentation and data recording independently of that processing.

Hazardous, medical or contaminated waste requires specialised assessment and specific handling conditions. Its acceptance is not part of a general admission of materials.

What we assess

  • Material type and composition.
  • Receiving conditions: cleanliness, moisture and mixing.
  • Process, equipment and operating conditions.
  • Handling and intended destination of the resulting material.

Three decisions to define the solution.

The assessment makes it possible to select processing with A2D4, instrumentation of the existing operation, or a combination of both lines.

Know the material

Identify its composition, the quantity generated or received and the condition in which it reaches the process.

Define the goal

Specify whether the aim is to reduce volume, ease handling, prepare a later stage or improve measurement and recording.

Organise the process and the destination

Select the equipment and establish how it will be operated, who will manage the resulting material and what its intended destination will be.

Tell us which material you manage.

Share its composition, approximate quantities and receiving conditions. That is the starting point for assessing the application.
