Applications

Technology applied to each operation.

We design solutions based on each organisation’s materials, infrastructure and goals. We combine processing, instrumentation and digital integration to act at points of generation, reception and recovery.

Three fields of application.

Our technology can be integrated into recovery networks, business operations, and city and institutional programmes.

Recovery networks

Recyclers, cooperatives and reception centres that want to add measurement and recording technology to the infrastructure they already work with.

Goal
Know the intake, movements and outflows of materials, with information useful for the operation and its follow-up.
Physical solution
Cameras, sensors, weighing and capture devices at reception and processing points.
Digital integration
LIOS Enterprise organises the records and makes it possible to consult information from the stages and sites included in the project.
Starting point
Survey the existing process, the available equipment, the responsible parties and the information the organisation needs.

Companies and industry

Companies with facilities where materials are generated or concentrated, which need to improve their handling, evaluate processing options and have operational information available.

Goal
Reduce the volume of compatible materials, improve their organisation and document the operations carried out.
Physical solution
A2D4, instrumentation or a combination of both lines, selected through the assessment of the material and the facility.
Digital integration
LIOS Enterprise records, tracking and dashboards for operations, sustainability and management teams.
Starting point
Identify the materials, the quantities and frequency of generation, the site conditions and the intended destination.

Cities and communities

Municipal programmes, public spaces, universities and institutions that want to link infrastructure, participation and education around materials management.

Goal
Make it easier for people to take part and provide information to support recovery programmes.
Physical solution
Equipment and instrumentation adapted to the space, with BUMI as the interaction experience when the project includes public participation.
Digital integration
Information from the recorded operations and experiences that help people understand the process and the purpose of the programme.
Starting point
Define the place, the responsible organisation, the participating audiences and the management and learning goals.

Applications with specific requirements.

Programmes linked to healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry and other sectors with particular requirements need their materials, risks and handling conditions to be identified. The solution is defined through a specific technical and regulatory assessment; belonging to a sector does not by itself determine the acceptance of its waste.

Let’s talk about your operation.

Tell us which materials you manage, what infrastructure you use and what you want to improve. With that information we can define a work proposal.
