Every kilo has an origin, a stage and a method.

Proof of Transformation is Be Better’s approach to documenting every operation: each number comes from an event recorded at the source, belongs to a specific stage and is calculated with a visible method.

Everything starts with an event.

The unit of measurement is each action recorded at a station, with material, weight, station, date and time, and a unique identifier. Everything else is aggregated from there, and you can always go back to the source event.

What each event records

Material declared and accepted (PET, aluminium, glass, paper or another stream enabled at that station), weight, station, date and time, and an identifier that makes it traceable.

Three stages, three numbers

Kilos recorded, kilos accepted and kilos processed are different series. They are never added together, and each answers a different question: what arrived, what went in, and what was transformed.

The same figure in every view

The total of an indicator matches the chart, the table and the exported file for the same scope and period. If it does not match, that is an error, not an interpretation.
